Body Shop: offer recommended

Body Shop has recommended a cash offer from L’Oreal of 300p a share.
As this is a recommended offer with no significant competition implications, we see no obstacles to it going though.
As the announcement notes this represents a premium of about a third to the price of Body Shop prior to takeover rumours.
